Terms of Use

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) governs the relationship between the owner of ryabininincamps.com (hereinafter referred to as Ryabinin Camps or the Administration), on the one hand, and the user of the site, on the other hand.   

• The Ryabinin Camps website is not a mass media outlet.
• By using the site, you agree to the terms of this agreement.
• If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use the Ryabinin Camps website!   

Right of Withdrawal

The contract for providing a single training session comes into effect upon payment.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason no later than 120 minutes before the start of a group training session or 2 hours before the start of an individual training session.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract within the specified time frame, we will reimburse you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. The refund will be made by crediting the funds to your personal account balance.   

Limitations on the Right of Withdrawal

• Withdrawal from the contract for a group training session is not possible less than 120 minutes before it starts.
• Withdrawal from the contract for an individual training session is not possible less than 2 hours before its start.

Rights and obligations of the parties:

The User has the right to:

• Search for information on the site
• Receive information on the site   
• Use the information on the site for personal, non-commercial purposes

The Administration has the right to:

• At its discretion and necessity, create, modify, and cancel the rules   
• Restrict access to any information on the site

The User undertakes:

• Not to disrupt the operation of the site
• Not to use scripts (programs) for automated information gathering and/or interaction with the site and its services

The Administration undertakes:

Maintain the operation of the site, except when it is impossible for reasons beyond the control of the Administration   

Liability of the parties:

• The Administration is not responsible for the services provided by third parties   
• In the event of force majeure (military actions, state of emergency, natural disaster, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the safety of the information posted by the User, as well as the uninterrupted operation of the information resource   

Terms of the Agreement:

• This Agreement shall enter into force upon the commencement of use of this site   
• The Agreement shall terminate upon the appearance of its new version
• The Administration reserves the right to amend this Agreement at its discretion unilaterally

The Administration does not notify users of changes to the Agreement
