Figure skating in Belgium is booming! Five-time Belgian figure skating champion Luna Hendrix became the silver medalist of the World and European Championships. Thanks to strong athletes, children are motivated to engage in figure skating. Belgian figure skating clubs are getting stronger and bringing more victories.

The progressive development of figure skating in Belgium inspired the coaching staff of the International Figure Skating Academy of Alexander Ryabinin to hold a figure skating camp - Ryabinin Camps in Belgium. So, in the fall of 2022, the first international figure skating Ryabinin Camp took place in Mechelen, Belgium.

Belgian skaters have shown particular interest in the Autumn Ice Skating Camp in Mechelen, Belgium. The camp was attended by figure skaters from the local figure skating club in Mechelen, many athletes came from other cities in Belgium. The coaching team of Ryabinin Camps was pleasantly surprised by the interest shown by the skaters in the training process, which left a good impression on the training camp in Belgium, then we decided to hold international figure skating camps in Belgium every year.
