Figure skating in Bulgaria. We invite skaters for individual training and classes in a mini-group during the whole summer of 2021 on the ice by the sea in Bulgaria with head coach Alexander Ryabinin. Novice skaters, amateurs, and professionals can take part in the training process. Lots of ice skating hours for individual lessons. What awaits you at an individual training session with coach A. Ryabinin: learning of jumps and gliding techniques, working on spins, learning of steps, creating of ice skating programs (all levels), and preparing for the ice skating tests.

In individual lessons, Alexander uses a harness system to accelerate the learning process of jumping. Also at the ice rink is installed a vestibular simulator of A. Mishin on which skaters can take a course of training. The harness system and vestibular simulator succeed in the faster and more safety learning of jumps and spins.

Coach A.Ryabinin also conducts training sessions in the sports hall: general physical training, special physical training where children learn the correct technique of jumps and spins on the floor as well as static positions, training with an elastic band, developing endurance and sharpness, running on the beach and much more.
