Professional Sports Career:

Nika Osipova is a Master of Sports of Russia in pair figure skating with a rich experience and impressive achievements. Her sports career is marked by victories at the stages of the Russian Cup and international competitions. Nika has competed in the European and World Figure Skating Championships. In 2021, she won the title of Dutch champion. Nika Osipova is a student of the Honored Coach of Russia T. Moskvinа, and Olympic champions Oleg Vasiliev and Oksana Kazakova. She received her education at the National State University of Physical Culture, Sports and Health named after P. F. Lesgaft (St. Petersburg).

Stretching: Static, dynamic with pumping, yoga (including classes for adults and relaxing practices for relieving muscle tension after injuries).
Choreography: Classical (with a chair/barre, on the floor), combinations in the middle, static (positions of spirals, rotations), exercises with equipment (stick, elastic band, cubes), ballet strength training (on a mat, in the middle and at the barre with stretching elements).

Targeted Training: Working on posture, core muscle development, leg raises, aesthetics of positions, and other individual programs.
