Want to get the maximum out of the figure skating camp? Ryabinin Camps International Academy recommends supplementing the main program with private lessons and small group work. This is the fastest way to learn a new jump and correct old mistakes.
Top 5 Requested Extra Figure Skating Classes
These services are in high demand as they provide targeted results. We recommend booking them in advance.
- Jumps on Harness (Lunge): The most effective method for learning multi-rotational jumps in figure skating. The coach controls the flight, removing the fear of falling.
- Individual Technique "Cleaning": Personal work with a coach one-on-one. We analyze every step and body position.
- Program Choreography: Creating a new competitive program or a professional run-through on extra ice.
- Vestibular Simulator (Rotator): Working on rotation tightness. Indispensable for skaters who feel dizzy.
Technical Specialist's Opinion: Stretching & Stability
"Many skaters chase only jumps, forgetting about the base that gives the Component Score.
1. Stretching equals Points. Without high-quality stretching, it is impossible to get Level 4 on spins (Biellmann, layback).
2. Static and Balance equals Stability. The ability to hold a position is critical for landings. Extra static classes strengthen the muscles that keep a figure skater on the ice."
Figure Skating Training Formats
- Private: 100% coach attention on the ice or in the gym.
- Small Group (2-4 people): Effective work in sparring, maintaining a personal approach.
- Online Preparation (Zoom): Prepare for camps in advance and stay in shape during the off-season! We hold classes every day. If you can't come to the camp — train at home. It's profitable and effective. More about online...
These classes are available at all our regular camps. Choose a suitable shift in the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, UAE, or Latvia and simply select the desired extra services in the application form.

Modern technology from Aleksei Mishin, develops coordination and vestibular stability, produce sustainability for fast spins, which increase the efficiency of multi-jumps performance and also contributes to faster learning jumps and spins
TRAINING WITH SKATE HARNESS
Skate harness - a system that promotes faster learning of jumps. It is an on-ice training session.
Individually: plus +50 EUR to the cost of on-ice training
In the mini-group: plus +30 EUR to the cost of on-ice training
