RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN RYABININ CAMPS (PUBLIC OFFER)

We are glad to welcome you to our camps! You can find detailed information about upcoming events and choose a suitable location on our camps page. To make your stay as comfortable, productive, and safe as possible, please read the basic rules carefully.

1. General Provisions and Organizer Status

1.1 The website www.ryabinincamps.com provides access to information and registration for international figure skating training camps. The direct organizer of the offline camps and the recipient of payments for these services is the company SIA "IFSA" (Reg. No. 40203592502, Latvia), hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".

1.2 The use of the website for booking camps and direct attendance at training sessions are governed by these rules. Making a prepayment means the full consent of the client (or the legal representative of a minor athlete) to the terms of this document.

2. Who Are Our Camps For and Training Format

2.1 We invite figure skaters of any age and skill level — from beginners to professionals. The main and mandatory condition is the athlete's ability to move independently on the ice.

2.2 For maximum training efficiency, we form small groups (usually 7-10 athletes) strictly according to skating level. This allows us to provide an individual approach and high-quality training.

3. Service Packages and Locations

Depending on the country where the camp is held, the Organizer provides various service options. When submitting an application, the client must choose one of the available packages:

• For camps in the Czech Republic, Latvia, and several other countries, the following packages are available:
  • Training: Includes only the training process (ice, off-ice physical training, specialized physical training).
  • All Inclusive: Includes the training process, accommodation, and meals. Attention: for minor athletes arriving at the camps without parents, choosing this package is mandatory. It includes organized escort of the child by our specialists during the entire training day: we control the training process, meals, and ensure a safe route between the ice arena and the hotel. In the time free from the official schedule (staying in the hotel room), athletes are provided with time for independent rest.
  • Escort: The package is intended for a person accompanying the athlete (parent, brother, sister, etc.), on the condition of living together in the same room with the athlete. Includes accommodation and meals (breakfast). At the client's request, lunch and dinner can be additionally included in the package.
• For camps in Germany, Austria, and Dubai:
  Only the "Training Only" package is available (only the training process). Clients organize accommodation and meals independently.

4. Cost, Discounts, and Payment

4.1 Registration and Place Guarantee: Registration closes as groups fill up. Making a prepayment is the only guarantee of securing your place at the camp.

4.2 Cost Formation: The base cost of one training day, indicated in the "Dates and Prices" section, is valid subject to attending a full training week (until the official day off). You can choose any number of days; however, when attending an incomplete week, the cost of one day increases:

• For 1 day — by 10%
• For 2 days — by 15%
• For 3 days — by 20%
• For 4 days — by 25%
• For 5 days — by 30%

4.3 Discount System: We offer favorable conditions for our clients. The following types of discounts are available:

• Discount for an additional participant from the same family (20%)
• Discount for group applications of 6 or more athletes (20%)
• "Bring a Friend" promotion (10% for you and 10% for each friend)

*Attention: Discounts are valid only when paying for a full training week. The discount system does not apply to camps held in Italy and Dubai.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Prepayment for the camps is non-refundable, as the funds are immediately directed to booking ice and infrastructure.

5.2 Prepayment Transfer: If you officially notify the Organizer of the cancellation of your participation no later than 1 (one) month before the camp start date, your prepayment is saved. It can be used within 1 (one) year to pay for any of our services (other camps, online training, classes in Riga).

5.3 In case of cancellation less than 1 month in advance, the prepayment is forfeited and cannot be transferred.

5.4 Payment for training missed for personal reasons is not refundable. Being late for a class is not a reason for recalculation or cost reduction.

6. Obligations and Liability of the Parties

6.1 Client's (Parent/Guardian) Obligations:

• Ensure that the participant's health condition allows them to endure intense physical exertion. A preliminary consultation with a doctor is mandatory.
• It is mandatory to obtain sports medical insurance for the entire period of stay at the camps.

6.2 Limitation of the Organizer's Liability: SIA "IFSA" and the coaching staff do not bear legal or financial responsibility for the athlete's health condition, exacerbation of chronic diseases, as well as for injuries sustained during the training process, provided they are not caused by a direct violation of safety regulations by the Organizer.

6.3 Organizer's Guarantees: We guarantee the work of highly qualified coaches, an individual approach, comfortable conditions at sports facilities, and the most friendly atmosphere.

7. Photo and Video Recording Rules

7.1 The Organizer reserves the right to conduct photo and video recording of the training process for technique analysis, as well as to use the materials on social networks and for promotional purposes (according to the Privacy Policy).

7.2 Parents and accompanying persons have the right to record only their children. Recording other athletes and coaches without their direct consent is strictly prohibited.
