TERMS OF USE OF THE ONLINE PLATFORM (USER AGREEMENT)

This User Agreement (hereinafter — the "Agreement") governs the relationship between SIA "Ryabinin Camps" (Reg. No. 40203433245, Latvia), the owner and administrator of the ryabinincamps.com website (hereinafter — the "Administration" or "Platform"), and any person using this website (hereinafter — the "User").

By using the ryabinincamps.com website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms, please stop using the website.

1. Platform Status and Subject of the Agreement

1.1 The ryabinincamps.com website provides access to an online platform connecting figure skating coaches and athletes for individual and group online training sessions.

1.2 The Administration acts solely as an information intermediary, providing the technical ability to book training sessions and pay for access. The Administration is not a direct provider of sports services rendered by the coaches.

1.3 The conditions for participating in offline figure skating camps are governed by a separate document — "Camp Rules".

2. Booking, Payment, and Refund Policy

2.1 The agreement for the provision of online training services comes into effect from the moment of its payment by the User through their personal account on the website.

2.2 The User has the right to cancel a booked online training session without providing a reason no later than 2 hours before its official start (applicable to both individual and group sessions).

2.3 In the event of a timely cancellation (2 hours or more prior to the start), the Administration will refund the funds by crediting them to the User's personal virtual balance in their personal account on the ryabinincamps.com website. The credited funds can be used to pay for future training sessions.

2.4 Restriction of the right to cancel: Cancellation and refunds are not possible if less than 2 hours remain before the start of the individual or group training session. In this case, the service is considered rendered, and the funds are not refundable.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1 The User has the right to:

• Search, receive, and use information on the website exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes;
• Book training sessions and manage their personal account.

3.2 The User is obliged to:

• Not disrupt the operation of the website;
• Not use scripts (programs) for automated information collection;
• Not copy, distribute, or use for commercial purposes video materials, texts, logos, and other copyrighted content posted on the website without the written permission of the Administration.

3.3 The Administration has the right to:

• Modify or supplement the rules of the Platform at its discretion;
• Restrict the User's access to their personal account or the website in the event of a violation of the terms of this Agreement.

4. Liability of the Parties

4.1 The Administration is responsible for maintaining the technical operability of the website, except in cases where failures occur due to reasons beyond its control (problems on the side of internet providers, servers, etc.).

4.2 The Administration is not responsible for the quality of services (training sessions) provided by the coaches (third parties), as well as for any injuries or damage sustained by the User while independently performing exercises during online lessons.

4.3 In the event of force majeure circumstances (military actions, natural disasters, global Internet outages, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the resource and data security.

5. Changes to the Agreement Terms

5.1 This Agreement comes into effect from the moment the User begins using the website.

5.2 The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this Agreement. The new version comes into force from the moment of its publication on the website.

5.3 The User is obliged to independently check this section for changes. Continued use of the website after changes are made constitutes the User's full agreement with the new version of the Agreement.
